Bay, beach, and park are close enough for roundtrip visits yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle.
South Mission Bay beach offers a beautiful un-crowded white sand beach ideal for families with young children. Mission Point Park features a playground for the kids, picnic tables, and grassy areas for bocce ball, horseshoes, or walking your dog.
On the ocean side, South Mission Beach offers aspiring surfers and boogie boarders with a good beach break under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards at the South Mission Beach Lifeguard station. Beach-side and Bay-side walk ways offer miles of jogging, biking, walking, or skating pleasure.
