811 Aspin Court is a ground floor, two-bedroom, one bath duplex located on the last Bay-side court in South Mission Beach. 1/2 block east of Mission Boulevard; ½ block west of Bayside, it has an ideal combination of access and tranquility.
Bay, beach, and park are close enough for roundtrip visits during commercial breaks yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle.
Mission Bay beach offers a beautiful un-crowded white sand beach ideal for families with young children. Mission Point Park features a playground for the kids, picnic tables, and grassy areas for bocce ball, horseshoes, or walking your dog.
