Little Venice is actually located in an area known as Maida Vale. This area is surrounded by water canals that can be navigated by water-buses around the area. Using the water-bus systems, visitors can access Regent's Park, one of the Royal Parks of London. Amidst the greenery are sculptures and fountains, such Triton's Fountain in the Queen Mary's Gardens, one of the deepest areas of the park. There are also a bunch of villas and terraces scattered around the park grounds. Near the park is the London Zoo, which has over 500 species in its collection. For those who want to spend time away from nature, there is the Canal Cafe Theatre, which often hosts comedy shows and new acts.
