North Redington Beach is as small tropical community located in Pinellas County, Florida on the Gulf Coast. It is unusual in that it is very close to not one, but two major bodies of water; the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay. The multitude of water-based attractions available as a result of its geographic location, as well as the other popular destinations in the area make North Redington Beach an ideal choice for guests of vacation rentals and homes. There are long stretches of white, sandy beaches, where children and adults alike can enjoy swimming, sand-castle building, diving, and even just sunbathing. A short drive is all it takes to bring visitors to some of the equally interesting neighboring communities, which include Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, Largo, and Treasure Island.
This destination also boasts numerous child-friendly attractions, several tennis courts, a marathon-and-a-half length walking and biking trail, and deep sea fishing. There are also nearly three dozen nearby golf courses, dolphin-watching tours, casino cruises, and the professional sports scene of Tampa Bay. Caladesi Island and Skyway Fishing Pier are both about half an hour away, while the St. Petersburg Museum of History, the Salvador Dali Museum, and Busch Gardens are also very close to North Redington Beach.
