We, at "Country Club Condos at Ventura", have been serving the travel industry since 1987, offering our customers and clients exquisite condo units at Ventura Country Club, Orlando, with gated security, an 18-hole Golf course, etc, and at very reasonable rates throughout the year.
We are proud members of the "Better Business Bureau" , and we invite you to make inquiries about us anytime at their web site "www.bbb.org
Each condo unit is 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and are either ground or 2nd floor units with screened-in Patios on the ground floor.Most ground floor units are also ceramic tile throughout. Some of our units include a sofa bed to accomodate 5-6 people, and we also have some units with a Queen bed in each bedroom--ideal for two couples. We also have a lovely 1-bedroom/1bath unit on the 2nd floor--ideal for one couple, and at 15% discount from our 2-bedroom rates. All units include a washer/dryer and linens/towels are provided as well, and there is a 1-week minimum stay at our condos. .
Besides our lovely condos and home at Ventura Country Club, Orlando, we also have lovely studios directly on the beach----Daytona Beach.
Each of our lovely Studios sleep up to 4 people with two full beds, all Kitchen appliances including, stove,microwave, refrigerator, toaster, utensils, linens, cable, free local phone calls, and AC. Our two units at Hawaiian Inn are side by side, with an inner door between them, offering a larger family to be together.
Come and enjoy Daytona Beach and with a minimum 2 nites stay, you can also ask us about our famous "10-day plan", consisting of 3 glorious days at Daytona, and 7 days at the "vacation capital of the world" Orlando, where we have lovely 2bedroom/2bath condos at Ventura Country Club.

NOTE:
Rates quoted above are for a 2-bed/2-bath condo---if you are only 1-2 people, we will offer you a 1bed/1bath unit at 15% discount.

** A $150 Security Deposit is needed to reserve a unit ($300 for the Home)--fully refundable within 15 days after departure
** 7-day minimum stay required for condos/14 days for the Home.
**Add 12.5% Resort Tax to all Rates under 6 months' rental
**Monthly Rates are based on a 4-week cycle (28 days)
**10% surcharge during following Holiday weeks: New Year, Christmas unless waived
**We will offer a 10-20% discount off our already low rates when renting within 30 day period prior to arrival time and should we have availabilty at that time.
There are NO Hidden Fees/NO Cleaning Fees for condos--$85 cleaning fee.
We accept VISA/MasterCard credit/debit cards and checks. Due to continued increases passed onto us by the credit card industry, we now must charge 3% on all credit card transactions over $1000.00
No pets allowed.
