Our rental units are located on a quiet Seaside, Oregon residential street, away from the noise of traffic but close to the "action". Great location, close to everything. Property includes barbecues (each unit), picnic table, yard area, washer/dryer room, and off-street parking.

Our vacation rentals consist of a duplex and two 3BR houses. They can be rented individually for 2-8 or combined for 20-25. Major remodeling/renovation was completed 2005. Here are some of the basics for each unit type as well as what is included in each unit. Please visit our website or contact us for further information.

1BR/1BA Duplex unit: Very nice unit with kitchen w/dining area, living room w/fireplace (sofabed & twin bed), bath w/jetted tub & shower, bedroom (queen bed), deck w/table & chairs. Sleeps 2-3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children.

2BR/1 & 1/4BA Duplex unit: Wonderful family unit with kitchen w/dining area, living room w/fireplace (sofabed), bath w/jetted tub & shower, deck w/table & chairs. Downstairs bedroom (queen bed), upstairs bedroom is designed for children (3 twin beds). Additional 1/4BA (toilet only) upstairs. Sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults & 3 children.

3BR/3BA House #1: This is a great family house with lots of room for daytime use. Upstairs has a bedroom and bath designed for children (2 double beds & 1 twin). Downstairs has full kitchen w/dishwasher, dining area, living room, fireplace, 2 baths w/shower. Two bedrooms (1 w/queen, other w/1double & 1Twin). Sleeps 6 adults or families up to 8.

3BR/2BA House #2: Cozy beach-style house with knotty pine living room, fireplace, kitchen w/dining area (dishwasher), bedroom (queen bed) and bath w/jetted tub & shower. Additional shower room on main floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (1 w/2 double & 1 twin, other with 1 double & 1 twin), 1/2 BA (toilet & sink). Sleeps 6 adults or families up to 8.

With 3,300 acres of prime mountain meadow territory, you'll find everything an active family could ask for right in Sunriver. 28 tennis courts, almost 40 miles of paved pathways for biking or walking, and many more miles of mountain bike trails await you. Hop on a horse or lace up your hiking boots and hoof it around yourself.

As you are kicking up the dust along the Deschutes River which borders the entire west side of Sunriver Resort's boundaries, you'll undoubtedly notice a handful of anglers - many of whom proudly display a creeful of trophy-size trout - at various fishing holes. Guided fishing trips and fly-fishing lessons are available for those who don't want to go it alone.
