Casa de Celeiro sits on an extensive and magnificent garden near the city of Porto and the sandy beaches.

The long atlantic beaches are a 10 minutes walk from the Casa and outside the walls of this large oasis of green you will also find bustling village life.

The gorgeous garden is shared between the Casa, the owners house and her son's house and has use of those parts of the garden shown in the photographs.The rest is all open plan with the extensive lawns leading to the horticultural area where flowers are grown commercially for the Lisbon market. The garden features specimen trees remembering the days of the trade with the Portuguese colonies.

Casa de Celeiro is located 1 km form Porto Airport and nearby the station for the railway line running up the coast to Vila do Conde. The last train from Porto leaves about 1 am which enables the guests to enjoy the night life of the city.

Nearby there are riding stables and golf can be played on the championship course at Estela.

The downstairs features a full kitchen with all modern facilities and a smallsitting room with a fire. There is a laundry room and a cloakroom. The large lounge and dining room has a patio door leading into the garden. For the musical talentedthere is a piano in the hall.

On the first floor of this vacation home there are four double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.Three of bedrooms have double beds and one room has twin beds. There is also a sofa bed if required.
