Our Cliff's one bedroom unit sleeps four, with a full kitchen, two full baths, two lanais and a dining room.
It is located in the beautiful Cliff's Resort in Princeville, Kauai which is situated on the bluff's overlooking the blue Pacific.
It is located next to two of the most outstanding golf courses in Hawaii, with the number one and number five golf courses both situated in Princeville.
The condo is nestled on 22 acres of paradise. It has a spacious 1,100 square feet with a very large master suite with a king bed, wet bar, and mini refrigerator, full tub and shower, and a private lanai facing the green mountains and waterfalls, Bali Hai, and the famous Kauai sunsets.

Additional Rate Information
$775 per week, all Year, except for discounts allowed from September 15 to December 15 as announced on web site.
A Kauai tax of 16.41%, including 5% energy tax, must be added plus a cleaning fee presently $75 and subject to change.
No security deposit but you are still responsible for any damage. Cancellation with refund in full is permittted if made 60 days prior to arrival date less administrative charge of $100.
If you have never been to the Garden Island of Kauai, you are in for a treat of a lifetime. We shall look forward to having you as our guest.
