Property Description
Our two bedroom and loft condo at the Sandpiper is nestled on several acres of paradise on the Cliffs of Princeville overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean.
The unit is spacious with a large master suite with a king sized bed, full tub & shower, loft with a queen sofa bed, bathroom with sink and desk and-chairs, two private lanais with views of the ocean and the green mountains, Bali Hai and the famous Kauai sunsets.
The living room, with a Queen-sized sofa bed, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, has a large lanai facing East to the morning sunrises, with a view of the blue Pacific Ocean in the North and West.
A second bedroom with a large shower is located next to the main living room area and has its own private lanai.
The unit can be divided into a studio unit, or one bedroom and loft unit. The condominium is located in a master planned community (Princeville, Kauai) which has the most beautiful tropical scenery of all the Islands.

The rates for each type of accommodation are $420, for the studio units (128B, 212B 228B and 229B), $680 for the one bedroom downstairs unit (128A and 123A), $810 for the one bedroom and loft unit (212A, 229A and 228A), $810 per week for 2 bedroom unit 123AB and128AB and $1,095 per week for the three bedroom unit (212AB, 229AB and 228AB) which includes two bedrooms and a loft.
A Kauai tax of 16.41%, including 5% energy tax, must be added plus a cleaning fee.
