Exclusive, luxury accommodations, and access to more than 60 miles of some of the best bonefish and permit waters in the Bahamas, beckon guests of the P&P's Bonefish Lodge, the new international fishing resort at George Town, Exuma, The Bahamas.


An upstairs private fisherman's lounge, replete with full bar, card and game room, fly-tying facilities, fishing tackle and clothing pro shop, satellite TV and video library, reading room and sport art gallery, emphasizes the ambiance of the Lodge.


Eight, exceptionally well-appointed, air conditioned guest rooms, with private screened porches, overlook a "blue hole" and the bay between Great Exuma and Little Exuma. The downstairs "Out Island" motif lounge, and Chef Robert Thompson gourmet Bahamian seafood, and continental restaurant and bar, serve the public.

The Lodge, which faces the bridge to Little Exuma, is ten miles east of Club P&P. It serves as headquarters for the P&P's private, international fishing club. "It's not your Daddy's fishing camp."

Karen and Bob Hyde, P&P's Director of Sportfishing, operate the Lodge and P&P's Bonefishing Schools and Fly-Out Seaplane Adventures. Hyde trains the Lodge's guides who captain the state-of-the art bonefish skiffs, and he directs a Bahamian government program to train flyfishing guides.

Hyde also operates the Bonefish Lodge boutique and he has stocked it with a complete assortment of fishing clothes and equipment. Hyde books bonefishing in Exuma and in many other locations in The Bahamas.
