A separate 2 bedroom Guest House with its own living room and kitchen, and private pool is also available for rent by larger groups

The temperature averages a delightful 85 degrees both winter and summer. Soft tradewinds provide cool ventilation even during the hottest part of the day as the breezes gently blow through the east-west layout of the three separate pavilions, private pools, hot tub and tennis court comprising Great Expectations.
The closest beach for swimming and fabulous snorkeling is just a short walk (or drive; you can park right next to the beach) to Chocolate Hole -- a sandy beach with calm, protected water on the west side of the Villa.
On the east side of the Villa is Hart Bay which is the closest beach for great beachcombing and breaking waves (especially when the wind is up).
The Villa sits about 200 feet above the beach which is accessible by a path from the Villa (about a 5 minute walk, but not recommended for small children or the elderly). It is a very secluded beach; you cannot get there by car or even boat as the coral reef comes right up to the shore.
