We are a property management company as well as booking agent for many St. John villas and homes. We recognize the need for quality vacation properties and enjoy working in the hospitality industry.

We started out working on retreats for individuals many years ago and have since expanded into the private individual vacations, renting villas as well as co-ordinating group retreats.
When starting VIVA! Villas, our vision was to have many repeat customers who would come back again and again because we provided such a quality experience for them with lasting memories! So far, we have seen the same faces year after and we know our customers very well!

We have extensive local knowledge of the places you should really see while visiting the island as well as the best beaches. We have lived on island for over fourteen years and have loved every minute of it!

Three bedroom fully equipped villas with spas or poolsa/coceanviews located on the southshore of the island starting at $1100 per week plus tax.

We have additional villas available that can accomodate up to 1-14 people. Smaller cottages available for couples as well.
