Welcome to Paradise! "Sea-Air Retreat" is a privately owned home located on the gulf side of North Captiva Island. This rustic and serene area is just north of Sanibel/Captiva Island and enjoys the same beautiful white beaches but avoids the tourists. Watch dolphins play and gorgeous sunsets right from your own private deck.
Enjoy our sun washed beach; use the private airstrip in our backyard.
You can have it all!
North Captiva Island is located a short distance from Ft. Myers. There are no bridges to this private island, arrive by air or water taxi. You can water taxi from Pine Island or Captiva Island where a personal greeter will make all the arrangements. If you are a private pilot please call for information regarding your arrival. A private air strip is available on the island. Ft. Myers/Naples airport is only a short distance from our island. Accommodations can be made to make your travel effortless.
