Property Description
Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, my one bedroom condo sleeps 4.
There are only 6 units across the front and we are on the far right corner. This means that not only do you step off the porch onto the beach, you also have windows the length of the unit for plenty of sea breeze and sunshine.
If you love the BEACH and want instant access, this place is for you. The manager lives "on site" and the place is clean and sparkling. There are cable TV, VCR, propane grill, electric grill, microwave, garbage disposal, answering machine, new sheets, towels and dishes etc. Plus we have binoculars, a camera, a portable word processor, a sun & shade tent, beach table, torches, chairs, umbrellas, a small CD and tape player, and a few of the "classics" that you should have read.
Or if you prefer, every July I bring down the Reader's Digest and the New Yorker magazines from the past year. Because I go all out to make you feel at home, I feel that this alone makes my condo worth the trip. When not reading, the last time that I checked there were puzzles, paddle balls, a chess set, maze game, sticker books, a card shuffler and plenty of American Air Lines playing cards for your enjoyment.
The sea turtles lay eggs from June to August and the gestation period is about 55 days, so they are coming and going from June to October. A side from turtles, watch for seagulls, parrots, cranes, egrets, sand pipers, pelicans, dolphins, geckos, fish and stop in at a restaurant called Crabby Bill's restaurant.
Location: 28 miles from the Tampa airport, between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach.
Nearest major city, Tampa, 28 miles.
The week runs from 2pm Saturday till 10 am the next Saturday.
The rules are simple. You must eat grouper (a fish) at least once and leave or send a picture of yourselves. Return visits are encouraged. I will send additional pictures, if you will e-mail your address and promise to file them or pass them on to a friend. Thank you.
