Property Description
Arca villa is a spacious, luxury villa for rent which can accommodate up to16 people. Built on a hillside to catch the trade- winds breezes y, it is in a quiet location, with wonderful view over Falmouth Harbour, surrounded by many tropical trees.
In the upper level ,around an open patio, there are five bedrooms, each with private bathroom, ceiling fan and wooden furniture. Few steps lead down to the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, from which it s possible to go to the terrace and reach the swimming pool and BBQ zone.
In the lower level there is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen and access to the gazebo witha round table to enjoy any meal at the view of the Harbour.
The Italian owner will live in one side of the house, but you will have yourprivacy and, if you wish, you should agree with them in cooking delicious meals for you.

Arcavilla is situated in the south coast of the Island, in Falmouth Harbour famous for starting point of classic regatta and Antigua sailing week. Restaurants, supermarket and beaches are only 5 minutes driving from the villa
