Property Description
Welcome to Arco Iris, named for the beautiful rainbows you will frequently see off the deck! This brand new, three bedroom villa is located in exclusive Point Rendezvous Bay, paved all the way from town.
The large and airy great room is beautifully furnished, with comfortable furnishings, satellite TV and DVD, a large dining table, and a gourmet kitchen. The great room opens up to a covered deck, with plenty of outdoor seating. This villa faces right into the tradewinds, and sunrise and moonrises. The entire villa is decorated with a very tropical decor.
Each of the three bedrooms are identical master suites. This bedroom, named Starfruit, is located on the upper level across from the great room via a covered hallway. Each of the three bedrooms has split unit a/c's, a solid king bed, and a full bath with gorgeous showers looking out to the views. Each bedroom also has it's own covered deck.
The second bedroom, named Shooting Star, is decorated with a night sky theme. This bedroom is located below the upstairs bedroom, accessed via an outside staircase, to ensure plenty of privacy for two or three couples.
The third bedroom, also located downstairs below the great room, is closest to the pool and sun deck. This bedroom is called Starfish, and is decorated to reflect the wonderful sea creatures found in the sparkling sea off St. John
