These units are uniquely set in Mission Beach which is located between the Beautiful Pacific Ocean and the quiet scenic Mission Bay. Step out your Bayfront patio door right to the sand. Put on your skates, hop on a bike or leisurely walk for miles on the boardwalk located along the water. You can rent almost any thing you need with in a 5 minute walk. World class surfing, sailing, golfing, and fishing are all easily accessible from your unit.
Our units are owner managed while being kept welcoming and impeccably clean. La Jolla, Sea World, and the World Famous San Diego Zoo are all minutes away. The Dunlin located at 3532 Bayside Walk is a delightfully large one bedroom located on the beach. This rental is fully furnished in bright colors to reflect our wonderful year round climate and San Diego's amazing landscape.
The Osprey located at 3534 Bayside Walk is a two bedroom rental located on the beach also. The Osprey is also decorated in light colors to enhance your beach experience. We have 2 comfy queen beds for your night's rest from a day spent at the water or from touring around from all that this great city has to offer.
Each unit is well maintained and impeccably clean for your stay. We both own and manage these units and take great pride in our rentals.

Rates in US Dollars, Per week
There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit, a one time cleaning fee of $120.00 (one bedroom) or $135.00 for the (two bedroom) and a San Diego City Hotel tax of 10.5%.
To reserve this rental: 25% of total including rent, tax, refundable security and cleaning charge is due within 5 days of reservation by personal check or Credit Card using PayPal (with a convenience fee added). Any bookings made with in 2 weeks of check-in date, are due overnight.
