Both The Dunlin and The Skimmer are located on scenic Mission Bay in Mission Beach, San Diego, California. These great beach front vacation rentals are uniquely set in Mission Beach which is located between the Beautiful Pacific Ocean and the quiet scenic Mission Bay. Step out your Bayfront patio door right to the sand. Put on your skates, hop on a bike or leisurely walk for miles on the boardwalk located along the water. You can rent almost any thing you need with in a 5 minute walk. World class surfing, sailing, golfing, and fishing are all easily accessible from your unit.
Each unit is decorated with bright colors to compliment San Diego's amazing all year mediterranean climate and enhance your vacation away from everyday life. Our location is one of the best as you step outside your door to the beach and the beautiful bay front water side. We are located in the narrowest part of the peninsula which calculates to only step if you should decide to venture over to the ocean front. The Skimmer located at 3534 Bayside Walk is a two bedroom rental located on the beach also. The Skimmer is also decorated in light colors to enhance your beach experience. We have 2 also deliciously comfortable queen beds for your night's rest from a day spent at the water or from touring around from all that this great city has to offer. Our our beds are chosen for a great nights sleep and the beds have fresh cotton linens.
The kitchens are well stocked for your cooking pleasure.
Each unit is well maintained and impeccably clean for your stay. We both own and manage these units and take great pride in our rentals.

Additional Rate Information
A 25% deposit (includes $300 refundable security deposit, San Diego Hotel Tax of 10.5%,and a $120.00 cleaning fee) is required upon booking to reserve your space.
The balance is due:
Winter reservation: 60 days prior to your arrival for weekly winter reservations, 90 days in advance for 2 weeks or longer - winter reservations
Summer Reservations (Memorial Day - Labor Day): 90 days prior to arrival for all summer reservations.
Credit Cards through PayPal are accepted with a convenience fee added or we welcome your personal check.
We accept Visa, MasterCard through PayPal with a convenience fee added.
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS: There are companies which offer Travel Insurance, we suggest that you look into these policies in case an unexpected emergency should arise and you would need to cancel your travel plans.
(90) day advance notice of arrival date is required for any 2 week or longer winter, month or summer season reservation cancellation.
Sixty (60) day advance notice is required for winter week reservations.
Cancellations made prior to 60/90*(see previous explanation) days of the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation Fee or $50 whichever is greater.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made after the 60/90 *(see previous explanation) days of the arrival date; forfeit the full Advance Payment.
