These units are uniquely set in Mission Beach which is located between the Beautiful Pacific Ocean and the quiet scenic Mission Bay. Step out your Bayfront patio door right to the sand. Our units are owner managed while being kept welcoming and impeccably clean. La Jolla, Sea World, and the World Famous San Diego Zoo are all minutes away. Additional Rate Information
Rates in US Dollars, Per week
There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit, a one time cleaning fee of $95.00 and a San Diego City tax of 10.5%. You will need to send 25% of the total within seven days, to hold the unit. The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival date for summer and 30 days in advance of arrival date for winter rentals.
