It is closed to the public, just relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of nature. You can watch the dolphin and manatee play from your front porch. Enjoy world class fishing, shelling or just getting a sun tan. You can bring your own boat or on-boaters will be provided with transportation to and from the island. Visitors park at Eldred’s Marina and take the 4 minute boat ride across the bay to the island. This will be your home away from home. Dishes, lines, beach towels, and household products are provided. Just bring your clothes, groceries and suntan oil and leave your worries behind.
