Our cottage is located right on the beach! The powdery white sand is just off your deck! This is paradise! I challenge you to find more bang for your buck!

This property is actually a duplex with each side having 2 bedrooms & 1 bath - rates listed are for each side for up to 6 adults (fee for additional adults); rent one side or both for larger groups! The units are identical except for the South unit has 2 adult bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom (the North unit has 2 adult single beds), and the North unit has a washer & dryer (the South unit doesn't); there is a hot tub that can be rented for an additional $100 - it can only be rented by renters in the South unit as it is right in front of their deck.

We get tons of compliments about our location, but this one seems to sum it up best: "What a magical place! You’ve heard it in the past – Location, Location, Location – well this location can’t be beat! The beach is just off the deck, and the ocean is so close. I’ve done the condo thing in the past, but I just didn’t like being that far up and having to take the elevator down to get to the beach. The cottage isn’t fancy, but it has everything we need, and to be able to sit out on the deck and drink my coffee every morning while watching the dolphins in the ocean is PRICELESS.
