Villa Bellagio a newly constructed (completed mid October 2003), spacious two story villa located in the tranquil residential and resort community of Cayman Kai on the north shore of Grand Cayman, is the perfect choice for a vacation villa. Offering guests views of the ocean and the lagoon from almost every room, Villa Bellagio is the ideal location for your beachfront vacation.
Consisting of five large bedrooms (two with cable television) and four full baths, Villa Bellagio offers ample room for guests to thoroughly enjoy their tropical beachfront vacation. Three queen bedrooms (one en-suite), one king master suite and one twin bedroom makes for a spacious living arrangement. Views of the lagoon and ocean beacon guests of the master suite to unwind in the Jacuzzi tub or relax on the private screened patio watching the multicolored pallet of colors from the setting sun.
All guests may enjoy the unique island flavor. Read or converse in the alternate second floor sitting area or sit on the front balcony to enjoy the stunning view of the rising sun. Other choices include the main living area with cable television and stereo or the beachfront pool deck with lounge chairs and shaded seating. Give in to the lure of the lagoon or enchantment of the powdery white sand beach by taking a refreshing swim or leisurely walk.
Villa Bellagio gives guests a variety of dining choices; there is the main dining room, the kitchen bar counter, the pool and lagoon view nook or the open air beachfront pool deck patio.
The beachfront pool deck is equipped with toys for the young and the young at heart. Floating tubes, beach balls, lounge floats, buckets and shovels, shaded umbrellas, dining tables, chairs and lounge chairs are all included with your stay at Villa Bellagio.
A glass bottom kayak is another interesting, educational and fun filled "toy" that is offered for use during your stay with Villa Bellagio.
Villa Bellagio boasts Corian solid surface counter tops in the kitchen as well as all bathrooms with custom cabinetry. The custom kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, lazy susans, glass door cabinets and coffee maker. Other amenities of the villa includes a washer and dryer located on the first floor, central air condition, ceiling fans, telephone service (free local calls), cable TV (3 TV's), stereo, 1 crib, high chair and a barbeque grill.
Villa Bellagio offers many interesting and exciting things for guests to experience during their stay and is situated near other areas of interest. Two oceanfront restaurants are within two minutes of the villa, one location offers water sports such as Jet Ski rentals and Stingray City tours. At this location a ferry service is offered to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman and world famous Seven Mile Beach area with world class golf courses (The Britannia Golf Course, a unique 18 hole executive with par 3's and 4's and the Links at Safe Haven a par 17, 18 hole championship course in a natural setting).
Two public children's parks with swings, slides, park benches, game tables and restroom facilities are located within 20 minutes of the villa. A small, well stocked, grocery store is also within 20 minutes.
Located approximately fifteen minutes from Villa Bellagio is the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, a 65-acre botanic park opened in 1994 offering visitors a gift shop, a courtyard snack bar, retail plant shop, waterfalls, traditional Cayman gardens and homes, hundreds of species of tropical plants, gazebos, ponds, birds (Tricoloured Herons, American Coots, cattle Egrets and rear West Indian Whistling Ducks to name a few). The botanic park is home to the protected Cayman Blue Iguana.
Approximately eighteen minutes from Villa Bellagio is the Mastic Trail. The two mile long Mastic Trail is in the Mastic Reserve which is the largest contiguous area of untouched, old growth dry forest remaining on the island. Guided tours through this trail takes approximately two and a half hours.
