(The gardens are open from April 1st through October 31st from 8.30 to 19.30). The shores of the lake and the ferry landing stage are only 30 m away. The modern villa can be accessed through electronic gates from the shore road. A path leads through the garden to the white house.

There is ample room for 4 people in the approx. 200 m villa. Ca' Bianca has two floors and is arranged as follows. The visitor climbs a wide, curving white staircase from the entrance hall to the top floor to reach the spacious sitting room. This room has large windows, access to the garden, several comfortable sofas in front of the open fireplace and a dining area for 6 people at the crystal table, under the crystal chandelier. In the adjacent rooms one finds the modern, white kitchen on the one side and a double room with bathroom on the other side. On the top floor there is a double room with large patio, a bathroom and laundry. Everything in this house is luxurious and comfortable: the marble floors shine, the windows are huge and spoil the visitor with light. An elegant loggia with columns borders two sides of the villa. Here one finds comfortable cane garden furniture. The view from the house is of the 1500 m2 garden, the treetops in the neighboring park at the Villa Taranto and of the lake.

The picturesque Borromee islands, Isola dei Pescatori, Isola Madre and Isola Bella, can be reached with the ferry (particularly famous and worth a visit is the baroque-style Palazzo Borromeo with its exotic gardens on Isola Bella - now an art gallery). A wide range of sporting activities are offered: water skiing, sailing, canoeing, swimming, tennis, golf, riding and hiking excursions to the Val Grande national park (the largest uninhabited area in Europe). The largest Lago Maggiore market is held every Saturday morning in Intra/Verbania.
