The villa itself is like the model home (we were so proud that the builder asked us for a time to use our home a model home!!!). All our furnishings, window dressings are upgraded and of the highest quality. As you walk in you will instantly know what this villa has in store - it will take your breath away!
The large living room with its double vaulted cathedral ceiling is a showpiece. Consisting of 2 comfy large sofas you can watch the latest in TV viewing. A massive 55" widescreen multi channel cable HDTV and DVD ( you have to see the quality of picture on HDTV to believe it!!)
A seperate dining room area with a fabulous wrought iron glass table seats six people. This really is a magnificent seeting and if thats not enough there is also a second lounge area with a further 2 double sofas for that extra privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and everything you will ever need will cater for all your needs. Adjacent to the the kitchen is a breakfast nook with table and chairs for 4 people.
In the kitchen area is an ORIGINAL WURLITZER JUKEBOX!!! Yes, honestly!! PLAYING VINYL GOLDEN OLDIES - lets rock n roll!!!
Two bedrooms downstairs with ceiling fans and TVs are both tastefully decorated and are seperated by a family bathroom. The queen leads straight into the pool area (via patio doors) and one twin both with ample cupboard space.
