There are two separate levels, with separate entrances, so the whole villa can be rented for larger groups, or rent just one level for smaller groups of 4 or less. This makes for that little extra privacy and comfort.

Cabo Bello has it's own private, safe swimming, beach cove just a short, easy walk away. You will enjoy the serenity of this beach, where there are no peddlers to be bothered by, just the wonderful sound of crashing waves. There is, however, snorkeling gear and other beach equipment available for rent for your convenience.

Location
Casa Rincon is located in the Quiet, Gated neighborhood of Cabo Bello that is just 2 1/2 miles outside of down town Cabo San Lucas. There is no need to rent a car, unless you prefer, since there are Public busses that run into town every half hour, all day, everyday for .50.

There also are three restaurants with-in walking distance and Costco is just a short distance from the villa

The top level has a living area with SAT TVfull kitchen and laundry room. There are Two bedrooms one with a brand new King size bed and the second bedroom has two doubles. There is one full bathroom centrally located.

The bottom level has two master bedrooms. One with a brand new King size American mattress and an adjoining full bathroom and the other master bedroom has a brand new Queen size American mattress with adjoining full bathroom.
