Whatever you can think of. Any water sports, horse riding, hang gliding, bungy jumping, water world shows for the kids and much more, daily trips into the Provence, biking, trekking.
You can visit St.Tropez by car or boat along the coast, Cannes, Monaco, Italy, Nice, Cap d'Antibes; you need many weeks to see it all, not mentioning the 'haut cuisine', the many more than excellent restaurants, the bars, hundreds of terraces, many beaches etc.
