Casa d'Oliva is a 100 year-old restored stone house that sits on nearly 2 acres of beautifully landscaped property and olive groves. The housea combination of old world charm and modern amenities is appointed with typical Umbrian furnishings.

Downstairs you will find an eat-in kitchen that looks out on a stone patiofurnished with a large granite table and chairs for outdoor dining. The focal point of the living room is a large fireplace and hearth that is surrounded by comfortable seating. It is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinnera good book or good company. The living room opens out to the patio. A private separate wing contains the downstairs twin bedroom and a tiled bath with shower.

The upstairs at Casa d'Oliva is as charming as the downstairs. Here you will find a sunny bedroom with large windowseach with a beautiful viewa beamed ceilinga king sized bed and other authentic furnishings. The adjoining bath is marble and has a shower in the tub. Right outside the bedroom is a cozy sitting room with a second fireplace and hearth. A pullout couch here can sleep two. Double doors lead from the sitting room to a stone balcony that looks in the direction of the swimming pool.

Outside the house the property extends from both the back and the front of the house giving you room for walking and a place for outdoor games. The in-ground swimming pool is only steps from the house and is surrounded by a stone patio furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and tables.
