Corpus Christi is one of the finest areas on Cozumel.The villa is just minutes from the ocean and a twenty minute stroll to town or a five minute car ride. Casa Tina is centrally located so you are not far from all the activities that the island has to offer.

Relax in the villa's lush spacious gardens or take a dip in the pool. This home has three large beautifully decorated bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. There is a large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Enjoy a tropical drink after a day of exploring the island. Behind the house there is a rinse tank for scuba gear and drying stations. It is nice to know that after a day of scuba diving you can come home and just drop your gear in the rinse tank and relax at the villa while your dive gear soaks. No more worries about mixing up your scuba diving equipment.

The house is fully air conditioned so when it is hot outside you will stay cool inside.

This beautiful rental home sits on a double corner lot and is totaly walled in to insure your privacy. It is just a five minute walk to the ocean and a twenty minute stroll to town or a five minute car ride.

The house has a large tropical garden
pool and patio. Upstairs there is a large terrace over looking the garden and pool. Divers will be happy to know that behind the house you will find a rinse tank and drying station for scuba gear.

The house was designed and built with the comfort of its guests in mind. All rooms are tastefully decorated with fine Mexican furnishings. Special attention has gone into the selection of the furnishings and decorations. Our goal in choosing these furnishings was to give you a feel of being in your own home not a rental home.
