4 or 5BR/4/5BA Oceanfront Villa located on the (very private) Northside of Grand Cayman with snorkeling reef, beautiful beach and 1,000 sq. ft., screen-enclosed atrium with private pool overlooking the ocean!
We use pool/Atrium as a large living room on beach. Also will have large, oceanfront gazebo with hammocks from which to watch sunsets/kids in water.
Two Master Suites, One Twin Bedroom suite (2 beds), One Double Bunkroom suite (4 beds) and a loft (Queen Sleeper) can house a maximum of 12 persons (8 adults max.). Optional Cottage adds 2 more adults ($1,000/wk extra).
All bedrooms have white-painted, vaulted ceilings and the vaulted living room (with cupola skylight) boasts 30 ft. of sliding glass doors that catch the tradewind breezes. Central Air-Conditioning, ceiling fans, DSL Internet Access. No smoking or pets please. House is all on one level and has 3 ft. interior doors (thus permitting handicap/wheelchair access to all rooms/bathrooms).
