Our Home is a newly built 5 bedroom, 4 bath house that comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. Perfect for that multi-family gathering, golfer's weekend or just a couples escape. Home includes a well stocked kitchen, 3 decks and even two family rooms equipped with home theatre TVs, foosball, etc... The home has immediate access to a floating swimmer's dock, complete with a private JetPort for your use. The cove also provides boat slips for your own boat or a rental from nearby marinas. Top deck off of main family/dining room has outdoor dining furniture to serve 6 and mid level deck has outdoor dining furniture to serve 4. The lowest level deck has 3 additional chairs for relaxing!!!

There are a total 3 decks w/ lake views to the rear of the house. The two lower decks provide direct access from the 4 rear facing bedrooms. All decks are connected with outside stairs. The lowest deck has cement stairs to the docks.

Don't have a boat, would like to try out a Jet-Ski or your large group can't fit in your runabout??? Renting a boat for the day, weekend or even the entire week is your answer. The Claus Haus is conveniently located to a couple of the best rental options on the entire lake. Call well ahead to reserve your rental, especially during prime season.

Springs Dock: Closest Marina by car, so if you don't have any water transportation, this is your best bet. They have Jet-Ski, Runabout, Pontoon, Party barge, fishing boat and Houseboats.

ShangHai: Only a few minutes via water, about a 20 minute drive by land. Well worth the trip. Simply, the best marina on Norris Lake. Nicest facilities and people. They have Jet-Ski, Runabout, Pontoon and Party barge rentals.

Deerfield Resort Activities:
Swimming Pool: Open Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend. 10AM-9PM Daily. If pool is closed due to bad weather or maintenance problems – it will not be reopened until following day. No trespassing if gate is locked or after hours. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under 12 of age.

Tennis Courts: Open all year – Daylight-Dark. It is not necessary to reserve court time. Furnish your own rackets & tennis balls or Rental racquets and balls are available at the Deerfield office.

Sand Volleyball: Open all year – Daylight–Furnish your own volleyball or one available at Deerfield Resort office..

Children’s Playground: Open all year – Adult supervision required for youngsters under 12 years of age.
