Coco Plum Beach is accessed by bridge off US 1, mile marker 54.1. Anything that is in the Atlantic Ocean swims past this 5 bedroom house. As a matter of fact, the fish swim circles around this island house. The boat put-in is three canals away and the public beach is three blocks away. You can dock three 25-foot boats with one on the Boat Lift which is also good to secure Jet Skiis at night. There is abundant parking for your trailers and trucks. Clean your fish at the dock while watching the sun sink into the water, or better yet, watch the incredible sunsets from the screened-in balcony. Another option is the free kayaks, some with see-through bottoms to explore these spectacular waterways at sunset or sunrise
