Large private heated pool. 135 foot dock with water and 30 amp and 50 amp power. Use of Cocoplum Beach and Tennis Club amenities - just a 1/3 mile away. Use of beachheated poolJacuzzi and tennis court. Located on the point 2 sides have water view. Pool construction started in October and will be available for a refreshing swim in February 2004. This is a big deal in the keys because very few houses have pools and almost all of them are small. The pool will be 30 foot by 15 foot with a paver’s deck. Utility room with a washer and dryer. Separate Bait freezer downstairs.

Fishing, diving, boating relaxing and great weather. Swim with the dolphins at the dolphin research center only 4 miles away. Key West is a beautiful 1 hour drive over the famous 7 mile bridge. One of the most pristine kayak areas in the keys is directly behind the house. Sombrero reef is just 5 miles off shore for beautiful coral reef diving. Ocean sport fishing is just 3 miles off shore and you are in the gulf stream.
