There are many attractions within 10 min. of the condo, Daytona Speedway, Dog racing, Water park, Casino boat, & Daytona's Flea Market. Within 75 min. you have Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, & Historic St. Augustine.

Daytona Beach is a very nice family beach, one thing that sets this aside from other beaches is that you are able to drive on the beach in your car. On the beach you are able to rent 4 wheelers, three wheel bikes, and scooters. The beaches are kept very clean, and the waves are great.
