All rates posted are plus a 13% tax.
A security deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve the requested dates.
Full balance of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit is refunded after inspection, no later than 21 days after departure, unless damage has occured. The security deposit is forfeited if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Sorry no smoking or pets are allowed.
