From the covered privacy-screened pool deck you’ll discover that, unlike most vacation homes where the pool is beside and visible to the neighbor’s pool, this house is on the largest lot in the area so the pool is completely private as part of a large fenced yard that’s dotted with palm trees. The fenced yard not only provides for a noise and visual buffer from neighboring houses but makes for a safe secure environment for children of all ages. Badminton and Volley Ball are included along with an extensive array of pool toys. And with the pool conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen, poolside dining is as easy as eating inside. Or cook on the gas BBQ.

The carpeted Game Room features Billiards, Foosball, Darts, and PlayStation2! The Office/Reading Room is appointed with a state of the art Compaq computer and HP picture quality printer with media slots so that you can either print your pictures directly or print and email them via the computer. Free Hi speed digital cable is included in case you want to bring your laptop and just plug in to the net or use the printer/fax machine.

Bedrooms galore- Without using either of 2 hide-a-beds the house sleeps 12 by using the day bed with a trundle bed in the game room. The double master, one with a king sized bed, walk in shower and soaking tub, and one with a queen and standard bathroom with tub/shower combination, and each with it’s own TV, makes the house perfect for 2 or more families. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen, and bedrooms 4 and 5 have twins. An assortment of baby equipment is included including a Play & Pack, Hi-Chairs, Stroller and various toys, games, books, etc. There is a big dining room table for everyone to gather at days end, and a breakfast table overlooking the pool for that quiet cup of morning coffee.

Tampa and the gulf are about 1 hour west and the Kennedy Space Center and Daytona on the Atlantic Ocean are about 1 hour east. Even though restaurants such as Friday’s, Red Lobster, Perkins and many many others are nearby Indian Ridge Oaks is surrounded by a conservation area so it stays quiet for those nice evenings poolside. The streets are lined with Florida-style homes and even though you may only be here for a couple of days, while you’re here, it will feel like home.
