Emerald Island is one of the most sought after communities in Orlando, not just because of the fantastic properties built by one of Florida's leading builders but also due to its superb location just off highway 192, less than 4 miles from Disney.
It is virtually on Disney's doorstep - you just can't get much closer than this! (Unless you hire a camper-van!!)
Many other communities claim to be close to Disney but few are as close as this. Disney is just a 5 minute drive away and with shops, restaurants, supermarket, chemist and walk in medical centre just a 2 minute drive away in the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza on highway 192, the location is just perfect.

The lounge area has floor to ceiling windows which provide access to the covered lanai and large screened sun deck with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi spa. You will not believe how close to Disney this property is. People who know the area all say, "My, you ARE close!"
We purchased the property, BRAND NEW, in January 2005 and, as at 21st June, have had 4 families stay there. ALL have re-booked for next year!!!
