This newly-renovated, fully-furnished four bedroom, two bath home easily sleeps at least eight and is perfect for multiple couples, a large family, or two families vacationing together. Guests staying in the two master bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) will awaken to gorgeous views over the turquoise Caribbean water. Two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds, are perfect for the kids or other guests. The full-kitchen and living room share vaulted ceilings and provide all of the conveniences of home, including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, cable TV, and DVD player (and a washer and dryer in a separate room). The sunroom, containing the dining area and a separate reading area, enjoys panoramic views over the ocean and your own private beach. To keep things comfortable the house is cooled with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. Completing the island escape each room is painted in bright Caribbean colors and furnished to match. The grounds feature a large multi-level deck and a grilling patio with a built-in charcoal grill, perfect for a relaxing dinner with family.

The house sits on over half an acre of land in the peaceful Rum Point area of Cayman Kai where white sand extends to a crystal clear soft sea. Located away from the crowded and touristy Seven-mile beach area, yet within walking distance of excellent beach-front restaurants and bars, you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxed barbeque on your own beach or a nice meal out with locals.

Either in your own “backyard” or a short-drive away you will be able to enjoy all of the islands best activities including snorkeling, diving, sunbathing, waterskiing, jet skiing, waverunning, boating, fishing, biking, cruises to Sting Ray City and Seven- mile beach, reading, relaxing, and of course lazy naps on the beach.

This area features great local beachfront bars and local restaurants . Some of the islands best dive shops are a short drive away. Cruises are available to Sting Ray City and Seven-Mile Beach.
