Fortilizio di Campiglia can be traced back to the second half of the XII century when it was conquered by the city of Siena.
Since then, Fortilizio di Campiglia, with it's massive and fortified tower, dominates the surrounding countryside. Fortilizio di Campiglia lies on the top of a hill near Rapolano Terme in an area which is well known for it's beneficial hot springs.
Accurately restored in accordance with the original characteristics, the two apartments situated in the green Sienese hills, respect the agricultural and rustic style: the furniture and handmade ironbeds make a perfect colorful and antique atmosphere.
At the side of the main building of the Fort, there is a large garden with a swimming pol and garden furniture. At the side of the pool is a bam in which the guests will find showers and changing room facilities.
