This unit is on a deep-water canal with a 37-foot dock. The dock has a lighted fish-cleaning station and is shaded in the afternoon. The canal offers easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom has a queen and single bed, and the guest bedroom has two double beds. The unit has been completely remodeled with new kitchen, furnishings, beds, central air and heat, tile in the kitchen and baths, and carpet throughout.
Membership to a private beach on the Atlantic with fresh water shower and picnic area is included. The beach is a five-minute walk from the unit, as is Sunset Park. FIVE BICYCLES ARE THERE FOR YOUR USE.
