If you are looking for a quaint, quiet, newly upgraded 10 year old home mid-island of Ft. Myers beach, look no further. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is just the place for you.
Tired of waiting in traffic at the bridge? This condo is located on mid-island just south of the Red Coconut. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach access to seven miles of white sandy beach for your swimming, fishing, hiking or shelling enjoyment.
The trolley stops three door down to take you to the pier, dinner, shopping or to Lovers Key State Park.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk in closet, full array of linens and a full-bath (tub-shower combination). The second bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan and large closet. A second, full size bathroom is in the hall. The full size washer and dryer are adjacent to kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cooking and baking pans and anything else you would need to make this feel like home.
