The flat is on the first floor of the building so it's very quiet and safe. The balconies are very large filled with pots of flowers and plants. The flat faces the south which allows for the natural sun light to shine through the french doors all day long. Enjoy sitting out on your own private balcony in the mornings with a hot cup of coffee overlooking the pretty communal gardens below. Then at night enjoy sitting in front of the original marble fireplace after a full day of sightseeing. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for cooking up a storm.
