The Ko'olani Kai "Tranquil Sea" is located in Hale Ko’olau, a family owned & operated group of direct ocean & beach front vacation homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Sacred Falls, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu...where the Ko’olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail/ tourist center of Waikiki. The Ko'olani Kai is a direct ocean & beachfront vacation rental home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers breathtaking ocean & mountain views from every room. This spacious (1200+ sf living area) air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex vacation home features a recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops with full size stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room which allows this vacation rental to accommodate up to 8 guests, in addition to a dining area with mahogany dinner table & seating for four - you'll love the hand carved pineapple dining chairs. The master bedroom has wrap-around ocean & mountain views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed. We charge a flat rate of $2,099.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $4,198.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.
All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the numberof nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of eight (8) people, including children over 1 year of age.
One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.
Add a one-time, non-refundable $104.71 cleaning fee, a $14.99 Reservation fee and $7.99/night Facilities Fee to all reservations.
