The Kauai Kai “Sea of Kauai” is an air conditioned ocean side suite on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers impressive views from one end of Hauula bay to the other with the beautiful Koolau Mountains beyond. This is a spacious second floor duplex (700+ sf living area) one bedroom, one bath suite with plantation style lanai overlooking our tropical courtyard & the beautiful Pacific Ocean just 80 feet beyond. The Kauai Kai features a complete, modern and open kitchen with granite countertops, sealed top stove/range, microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The dining area, located on your private covered lanai, has a table/seating for four. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys direct ocean views. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom area is furnished with an elegant and tropical teak and bamboo bedroom set and a king size bed. The recently remodeled bath features travertine stone, a full size bathtub & pedestal sink. The suite has air conditioning & tropical ceiling fans although it is rarely needed as this suite enjoys cool ocean breezes year around.
