Nestled on the hillside overlooking the Kaneohe Bay, this exquisite $2.5 million estate was artistically designed and built as a one-of-kind showcase home. It has over 8,000 square feet of living space and over 30 tons of beautifully polished, imported Italian; marble flooring that was laid & ground in place by German & Italian 'Masters' of the art.

Once you have stepped into this beautiful home, you will feel that all your worries are left behind. You will be able to pamper yourself in luxury. Choose from the Game Room with a custom Billiard Table, Ping Pong, Foosball, a message chair, and a variety of board games or the 9 foot deep Swimming Pool with a marble deck that is in the center of the home, and with a large out-door gas BBQ grill. There is also a computer with internet access.

The Gourmet Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and everything from the pots and pans to the cooking spices. The Living Room is furnished with an entertainment center and a 60” Projection HDTV with Surround Sound and Digital Cable, DVD and VCR. The Formal Dining Room comes with use of the everyday dishes as well as the elegant handcrafted china and crystal sets. Our Entry Living Room is furnished with leather furniture and a china cabinet with beautiful crystal and collectibles.

When you get done pampering yourself in luxury, try working out in the shared air-conditioned Exercise Room with a Natilus machine, free-weights, a bench press, an electronic treadmill, stationary bike, stair stepper, and a variety of ab machines, etc. Or, for the children 10 yrs. and under, play in the shared In-Door Playroom with rubber mat flooring, 3-swings, a 10 ft. slide, a look-out tower, a fireman's pole, 2 rope climbs, a play work bench, play kitchen, and basketball hoop.

The upper level consists of an air-conditioned Master Bedroom with a California King size bed and openly joins with the Master Bathroom. The bathroom has double vanity sinks and is constructed with marble walls, floors and shower. The shower is a 7-head Spa shower that adjusts for your comfort. The tub is a two-person, black heart-shaped Jacuzzi with waterfalls and underwater light.

The second bedroom is a large air-conditioned room with a U-shaped office area, 2 twin beds, Full size futon sofa bed, and a private half bath. The carpeted Pool-Side Bedroom is air-conditioned and pool side, and has a Queen size bed, books and videos for your use. The fourth bedroom is also carpeted and air-conditioned and is a loft type bedroom that overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the bay. It is furnished with a Queen size bed and dresser, and has a shared bathroom with the Library/Bedroom.

This totals 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms. You have unlimited use of all the amenities. Reserving the Entire Estate offers over 5,000 square feet of fully private living space for your enjoyment and can sleep 8 guests. You will have use of a washer and dryer; we even supply the detergent.
