A non-refundable $200 deposit is required upon reservation. Balance must be paid in full 35 days prior to check-in. We accept payment in the form of check, money order, or credit card. A $50 fee will be charged for any returned checks. A credit card number will be held for incidentals. The $200 deposit is non-refundable. The balance may be refunded up to 35 days in advance of reservation date.
