Enjoy one of the last uncrowded and laid-back beach communities located just outside the Coronado Cays on the Silver Strand in Imperial Beach.
In the morning you’ll be able to watch the sunrise and hear the birds chirp from your private patio overlooking the natural estuary and wildlife preserve.
It’s only 140 steps from your front door to the sand – so spend the day in the sun. Take part in; boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, sport fishing, windsurfing and the list goes on and on, or simply sit in a lounge chair, read a good book and work on your tan.
In the evening you can enjoy a sunset walk along the sandy beach to the local pier, restaurants and shopping

By car you’re only 10 minutes from Coronado and 20 minutes to the airport, the Convention Center, Downtown San Diego/Gas Lamp District, Sea World, and the famous San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park. The list of nearby activities goes on and on - wine tasting, outlet shopping, Padres stadium tours.

Rates in US Dollars
The condo rents on a monthly basis. A refundable security/booking deposit of $350 is due at the time of booking to hold your date. Rental payment and a $75.00 cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your stay. Cancellations need to be made two weeks prior to arrival date otherwise refund will be subject to cancellation policies.
