Location LocationLocation Most Villas are over 1500 sqfton two levels. In addition to two large bedroomsthere is a sleeper sofa in the family room and a single bed in a little alcove area. They are fully equipped with everything from fine dinnerware to satellite TV (SLEEPS 7).
The one bedroom unit is a cozier offering of the same 1st. class accommodations and amenitiesit is well over 1000 sqft with living dining and fully equipped kitchen.

Without question, Columbus Heights or Sky Castle's is one the best locations in Jamaica.
Ocho Rios is on the famous north coast about 60 miles east of Montego Bay. Ocho Rios is the #1 vacation destination in Jamaica because most of the major Attractions are located here.
This is a very private development. Most owner are wealthy Europeans or Kinstonians, spending only a few months a year in their villas, not renting to tourist.
Here you have the best of both worlds, high security with intimate privacy and yet a short walk to the center of all the shopping, touring and nightlife of Ochi. We are less than a ten minute drive to Dunn's River falls, Fern Gully, Shaw Park, and most of the major attractions that makes Ochi so special. The beach is at the bottom of the hill with diving, jet ski, parasailing, helicopter tours, fishing and every manner of water sports. Lots of nightlife with free shows nightly. at Jamaican Grande.
A five minute walk to the bottom of hill and you are in Island Village. This is one of the newest and hottest places in Jamaica. Inside it houses an amphitheater, lots of great resturants and shops. and the newest and best Margaritaville (a joint venture of legends Jimmy Buffet and Chris Blackwell). The beach is fantastic and features a large free waterside a little of something perfect for all ages.
A five minute ride and you are at Dolphin Cove, another of Jamaica's newest and finest attractions.
Beautiful and semi private Olympic pool is just a few steps from your villa.
Beach Options:
A beautiful beach, with complete water sports is a short 10 minute walk at the bottom of the hill. It is a fantastic beach with large free waterslide at Island Village.
Water sports include Jet skis, Parasailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, sailing, fishing and helicopter tours Be sure to contact Denny before doing any water sports. He is the man to know. He is very honest and can get you the very best deal.
The Jamaica Grande also has a beautiful beach with beach chairs, a series of pools, pool bar, a re-creation of Dunn's River falls and lots of food options. There is generally no charge but at time they will charge about $8.00US per day for non guest to use their, It is really a great deal and we highly recommend it. This is the option that we as a family would take.
