On ten acres of swaying palm trees and 7 miles of gleaming white sugar sand beach, the Estero Beach and Tennis club is surrounded with things to do.
A heated pool, barbeques and 4 clay tennis courts are located on the property. Walk across or around a natural lagoon to what has been called "The world's safest beach" because of its gradual shallow slope and lack of currents.
On the other side of the property you'll find restaurants, a shopping center, a bayside marina where you can rent boats and fishing gear, and an Executive 18-hole golf course (under $30). Or catch a passing trolly for 25 cents and tour the entire island!
A saltwater lagoon gives the grassy property a tranquil buffer from the beach, and is a favorite site for bird watchers.
