You know you have arrived...as you navigate the long private drive and park beneath the high, open Port Cochere.

Enter through the magnificent crystal cut glass front doors. You are greeted by an expansive view of the blue Pacific Ocean, framed by an open 40 foot sliding glass wall of the Great Room with it's own indoor atrium reaching 28 feet to the sky light.

Stepping out on the huge marble tiled Veranda, the only sounds you hear are tropical bird songs, rustling palms and water cascading from a massive rock garden into the azure blue swirling swimming pool, heated for year round comfort to 80+ degrees.

To your right is the gourmet kitchen where meals can be prepared for you, or you be your own chef. Formal dining room, or lunch on the Veranda, or just party around the deep water pool and practice your snorkeling in preparation for that ocean dive trip. (*Gourmet Chef - optional)

After that - every night watch the golden sunset - and later in the evening, curl up in the library room with a south seas novel, or enjoy your favorite video on the large screen stereo TV.

Like to make your own music? Try the grand white piano center stage in the music living room. Just want to listen, put a CD into the B&O 9000 surround sound system and wander the entire estate, inside and out, for pure listening pleasure.

Star gazing is a nightly event against a black sky. Then retire, with that orchid on the pillow, which you selected from the tropical garden and placed there yourself!

Everything you would expect in the style of a luxury plantation home is provided and includes twice a week maid service with linen and towel changes as requested.

The entire plantation complex is rented based on 8 (twin) suite accommodations. All with separate baths. Custom configurations for additional guests can be arranged for a maximum of 12 guests - all in separate suites with private bath.

Sleeping accommodations include: 6 separate suites with king, queen or twin beds, with their own ocean and garden-pool views. Baths are a choice of, open-to-the-sky atrium shower, cozy steam shower, or large Jacuzzi tub or standard shower/baths.

The plantation grounds were designed in a way to allow each living area privacy yet access to the gardens and pool areas. In all cases, we customize all accommodations for every guest and can cater your needs.

SWIMMING POOL: 80 degrees F year round with solar heating & special no chlorine filter system. You remove the cover - we cover up at night to keep warm. No life guard rules apply. We have masks/fins/snorkel provided for your personal use. A handy shower and toilet are in the Pool Cabana. Plenty of pool lounges and pads are available. A gym area with modern work out equipment and weights allows you to train while enjoying the pool and lanai.

GARDEN: Feel free to pick fruit from the garden. Pineapple Ð Papaya - Lemon Ð Mango - Grapefruit - Orange and a variety of Herbs. Flowers too, including Orchids.

TV/VCR: About 25 channels/movies/CNN/etc.

PHONE: FREE CALLS - anywhere in the world! We have a special dialing code for your unlimited use. Incoming calls with a message machine on 24hrs, FAX service and Internet service available.

SERVICE: Maid service twice a week with change of linens and towels or on request. (Optional* Special arrangements can be made to provide a Chef for the week or the day to prepare certain gourmet meals. Advance notice prior to arrival is necessary.)

PARKING: Under cover of the Port Cochere of main Plantation house. You have your own private spot for two cars. Guest parking is also available.
