This gorgeous 6 bedroomed, 3 and a half bathroomed executive villa is situated on the beautiful resort of Lake Berkley. Lake Berkley is a gated resort and has its own 13 acre lake, beach, nature trails, fishing, volley ball, tennis, club houses and community swimming pools.
The villa its self consists of a large living area with a vaulted ceiling and 3 huge sofas to relax on while enjoying cable TV, Videos, DVD's or chilling to some music on the HI/FI.
A few short steps takes through the patio doors and onto a fully screened pool deck with covered lanai. There is a 15' x 30' SOUTH FACING swimming pool with a separate HOT TUB. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs on this extended deck to relax in the sun.
