A large new terrace has been built directly off each bedroom on both the first and second floor. Views from any of Lime Tree's terraces are breathtaking, looking east towards the bluffs of White River Bay. The comfortable living room flows into the outside through large French doors. Dining can be inside in the airy dining room, outside under the covered terrace, in the new fireplace house, or by the large fresh water pool. The villa has satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom and full stereo system.

Bedroom #1 - Master Bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and large private terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a private bathroom with both shower and tub. There is no air conditioning in this bedroom but it does have a ceiling fan and wonderful ocean breezes.
Bedroom #2 - First floor bedroom with French doors to the ground floor terrace. The bedroom has a queen bed, bath with shower and tub,
air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3 - similar to bedroom #2 but with shower only.
Bedroom #4 - Second floor twin bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower. The room looks out to the side and front gardens.

Cottage - large private cottage directly next to the villa and built in 2003 as a second master suite. The views are to the sea and garden. The twin or king bedroom opens to a large private terrace. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. The cottage does not have a/c but does have ceiling fans.
