It's located on a big 10,000 sq.ft. corner lot near the lake, about a mile from Bear Valley Ski Area and Snow Summit Ski Area, and just a few blocks from the lake. There's a 3/4 sized pool table and foosball table in the garage, and an old piano in the foyer. House is fully stocked with a video library, towels, sheets, dishes, pots & pans, toys, books, etc.
