Property Description
One of the most private wide waterfront homes in the Keys. 3500 square foot with banquet hall that seats 14 and is fun to sit and watch the boat traffic (Mostly dive boats); also a Party room that we call Tavern because of the authentic bar that came from a popular Tropical Bar that was blown away during Hurricane Andrew and we got all that was left. It's unique with embedded sand dollars and other seashell creatures.

Fishingfishingfishing. Anything that swims in the Atlantic swims past this house. As a matter of factthe fish swim circles around this property as we are a bridge connected island. Come have your photo put on my wall with your 6 foot catch..direct wire or overnite personal check is preferred. Do not make me sign for it. I will not stand in line at the Post office for an hour when I could be having a Jimmy Buffet day on the water.
